Commercial Rates

CoServ's Commercial Members drive the economy in the communities we serve by providing jobs, services and products. We have different commercial rates for Members of different sizes and types, including a Time of Use for temporary or construction power.

All of CoServ's commercial electricity rates include energy charges and wires (transmission and distribution) charges.

Commercial Rate

Applicable to all customers having less than 35 kW of maximum demand taking the type of service described in this rate schedule for all of the electric service supplied at one point of delivery and measured through one meter used for all commercial purposes. You do not apply for this rate if you are a residential customer.

Applicable to all customers taking the type of service described in this rate schedule for all service supplied at one point of delivery and taken through a single meter for all commercial, industrial and municipal uses requiring 35 kW or more of maximum demand.

Additional information

Determination of On and Off Peak Hours: The On-Peak hours upon which the On-Peak Energy Charge is based shall be the hours from 3 p.m. through 8 p.m. for the months of May through October and from 6 a.m. through 8 a.m. and from 3 p.m. through 8 p.m. for the months of November through April. All other hours shall be classified as Off-Peak hours.
