WHEN: 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2026
WHERE: The meeting will be broadcast live from CoServ Headquarters in Corinth, TX, and a video recording will be posted on this page after the meeting has concluded.
WHAT: Join us for an opportunity to receive an update on the electric co-op from CEO Donnie Clary and your democratically elected Board of Directors.
BOARD SEATS UP FOR ELECTION: Districts 2 & 7.
WHO CAN RUN? CoServ Members residing in Districts 2 & 7 are eligible to run for the Board this year. For information about term lengths and eligibility requirements, visit CoServ.com/Elections.
VOTING: Board Directors represent all CoServ Members and are elected at-large, meaning every Member may vote—regardless of their district. The third-party election firm Survey & Ballot Systems will mail a packet to each Member’s home containing a paper ballot and a link to a secure online portal, allowing Members to vote either by mail or online.
Your successfully submitted ballot automatically enters you into a drawing for a chance to WIN ONE OF 50 $100 ELECTRIC BILL CREDITS! Winners will be announced after the Annual Meeting concludes.
