Local Utility Assistance:

Services Offered: Utility assistance and support services 

Service Area: Bowie, Camp, Cass, Collin, Cooke, Delta, Denton, Fannin, Franklin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Lamar, Mario, Morris, Rains, Red River, Rockwall, and Titus counties.

About: The TCOG mission is to improve the quality of life in Texoma by connecting clients to essential social services and by providing member jurisdictions with planning assistance.

About: This program provides support to qualifying Members and Customers experiencing financial hardship to help pay their utility bills. The CoServ Charitable Foundation is committed to helping our community by providing support to Members and Customers who qualify.
