What should I expect after applying?

Once you submit your application online, you will receive a confirmation email.

From there, your application and resume will be reviewed and if your qualifications align with the role you applied for, a Recruiting Specialist will reach out to you to set up an interview/next steps.

Are there any fully remote roles? What is the in-office policy?

Most of our positions require some level of working in office, but every department is different, and the requirement will be left to your supervisor.

For many positions at CoServ there is at least one or two work-from-home days a week, maybe more. If this is something you’re interested in, we encourage you to ask the hiring manager in your interview or reach out to your Recruiting Specialist.

Please note that most employees are required to work in office for the first six months of employment. From there, if your position allows you to work from home, you and your supervisor will determine your schedule and hours.

How can I best prepare for an interview at CoServ?

Our mission and vision are what drive us every day. They are sure to play a key role in your interview, and we encourage you to prepare by taking a look at our “About Us” webpage to familiarize yourself with who we are and how our Mission and Vision are integral to how we do business.

We used a behavior-based interview format, which helps you share your relevant experiences in a clear and impactful manner. The first-round interview could be conducted virtually, while the second-round interview will take place onsite.

How many rounds of interviews are typical in the interview process?

The number of interview rounds for candidates depends on the position and department. If the position you are applying for has more than one round of interviews, your Recruiting Specialist will walk you through the next steps, including what to expect and the expected duration. Don’t worry, we've got you!

Are interviews conducted virtually or onsite?

This depends on a few factors but for some positions the first-round interview could be conducted virtually, while the second-round interview will take place onsite. Your Recruiting Specialist will make you aware of the interview specifics ahead of time so you can prepare accordingly.

Will any of the interviews require me to share a portfolio of work?

For some positions, additional examples of work may be needed, but we will let you know with plenty of time if you need to bring anything like this to your interview.

What should I wear for my interview at CoServ?

Wear what makes you feel confident in yourself, so you are relaxed and comfortable during your interview. We encourage professional, business casual attire during any kind of interview – virtual or in-person. A nice shirt, pants, and shoes will do just fine.

Your Recruiting Specialist will be your best contact to get detailed information.

What should I do if I don’t see a job on the careers website that fits my skill set?

We encourage you to check out our current job openings frequently, as job postings frequently change and we are continually adding new positions to match our growth.

I see the job I applied to is still open, but I wasn’t selected. Can I apply again?

If you have already applied to a position and were not selected for the next round, we kindly ask that you not reapply to the same position. While the job may still appear to be available for applicants, your application has already been reviewed for that position, and a decision has been made.

We do keep candidate applications and resumes on hand in case circumstances change or new opportunities arise that may align with your experience. Be sure to check out our careers webpage regularly, as things can and do evolve with positions and departments.
