CCF Clay Shoot raises $50,600 for grants outside CoServ’s service area

THE SIXTH ANNUAL CoServ Charitable Foundation Clay Shoot raised $50,600 for grants outside CoServ's service area.

The Sept. 27 event featured 35 teams with 140 total participants at the Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds in Decatur.

Unlike Operation Roundup, which benefits organizations within CoServ's service area, CCF's Unrestricted funds are primarily used for grants to nonprofits, first responders and other causes outside our service area. These grants have fed and clothed people in need, assisted veterans, brought comfort to people with cancer, and much more.

While the CCF Clay Shoot is one of the biggest fundraisers for the Unrestricted Fund, it's not the only one. Funds also come from CoServ Employees who participate in payroll deductions and the CCF Golf Tournament.
