How to create a new account
For security, the new registration process occurs in 3-phases and includes time-sensitive actions. The process takes approximately 15 minutes. Please ensure you have access to your email and allow enough uninterrupted time to complete all steps.
- Navigate to the portal at https://wmsmobile.coserv.com/maximo/ and click “Register”.
- Enter the required fields.
Please use your Primary email as your Username. - Create a password that meets all requirements then click “Continue”.
➢ Minimum password length:15
➢ Maximum password length: 35
➢ Minimum upper-case characters: 1
➢ Minimum lower-case characters: 1
➢ Minimum special characters: 1
➢ Minimum numeric characters: 1
➢ Password cannot contain user ID
For security, the remaining steps occur in 3 phases. You will receive an email at each phase. Please keep the same page of the Builder and Pool Plan portal open until all steps are completed.
- EMAIL CONFIRMATION
- REGISTER ACCOUNT & UPDATE PROFILE
- REVIEW & APPROVAL OF ACCOUNT
- EMAIL CONFIRMATION
- You will receive a system generated email containing a confirmation code from MaxApp@coserv.com.
– Please allow up to 5 minutes to receive the 1st email that contains a confirmation code. If you do not receive the confirmation code, click ‘Resend the code’. - Copy/paste the Confirmation code onto the portal page and click “Continue”.
– If you receive an error, check for and remove blank spaces before or after the confirmation code that may have been selected when copy/pasting. - The page will refresh with the message “Success: Your account was registered. Log in to continue”.
- WAIT UNTIL THE SECOND EMAIL IS RECEIVED TO PROCEED WITH LOG IN.
- You will receive a system generated email containing a confirmation code from MaxApp@coserv.com.
- REGISTER ACCOUNT & UPDATE PROFILE
- You will be sent an email that your account was registered. Return to the Builder and Pool Plan portal and enter your username and password (created at registration) then click “Log in”.
- Click the “Manage” box on the page titled Suite Navigator.
- The page will change to the “User Profile”. Enter the following info then click “Save”.
- Given (First) name
- Surname (Last)
- Company
- Company Type
- B: Residential Home Builder (underground services)
- P: Pool Company/Vendor (permit review)
- The page will refresh with the message “Save Complete: The changes have been successfully saved.
- Log out of the portal. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page then click ‘Logout’.
- 'Do you wish to log out?’ message will appear. Click ‘Log out’
- WAIT UNTIL THE 3RD EMAIL IS RECEIVED BEFORE ATTEMPTING NEXT LOG IN.
- REVIEW & APPROVAL OF ACCOUNT
- You will be sent an email that your profile was updated and new account creation is complete.
- Return to the Builder and Pool Plan portal and enter your username and password (created at registration) then click “Log in”.

Forgot Password
The “Forgot Password” feature includes time-sensitive actions and may take up to 10 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have access to your email and allow enough uninterrupted time to complete all steps.
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your username and then select “Receive Code”.
- Please give up to 5 minutes to receive your confirmation code from MaxApp@coserv.com. If not received, please press “Resend the Code”.
- Copy/paste the Confirmation code onto the portal page and click “Continue”.
- If you receive an error, check for and remove blank spaces before or after the confirmation code that may have been selected when copy/pasting.
- Enter the temporary password that was sent to your email (may take up to 5 minutes to receive). You’ll need it again shortly; we suggest that you keep your temporary password email open in a separate tab while you continue in the portal.
- Re-enter the temporary password from the previous step in the “Temporary Password” field. Then create a “New password” that meets the following requirements:

➢ Maximum password length: 35
➢ Minimum upper-case characters: 1
➢ Minimum lower-case characters: 1
➢ Minimum special characters: 1
➢ Minimum numeric characters: 1
➢ Password cannot contain user ID
- Once all the password requirements are met, press “Continue” to log into portal with your new password.
