    CoServ and other cooperatives work with Brazos through bankruptcy negotiations.

    The CoServ Board of Directors approves a financing order for a final cost of $451M.

    The financing charge, or SCRF, is added to Members’ bills.

    CoServ took control over 100% of their own power supply, resulting in more competitive purchasing to reduce Member costs.
