Billing Programs

Win a $25 Bill Credit!

A Winning Combination!

Recently, the U.S. has been experiencing delayed mail times, resulting in Members receiving their bills late and very close to the due date. Going paperless gives you more time to budget and plan – instead of being surprised with a late bill!

When you go paperless, you'll get an email every month with your amount due, the due date and a link to your SmartHub Account to view your bill faster.

When you go paperless and sign up for Auto Pay, you get all of the above and the convenience of knowing your bill is paid on time. Plus, in March, you'll be entered for a chance to win 1 of 10 $25 bill credits when you sign up for both*!

Enrollment Guides

*Bill Credit Rules: To be eligible, you must be an active CoServ Electric Member and/or Gas Customer, and enroll in both Paperless and Auto Pay on at least one of your accounts (if applicable) between March 3, 2025 and March 31, 2025. Each Electric Member and/or Gas Customer is eligible to win one bill credit. Winners will be notified by email.
